Read3: created by experts, delivered by you.
The Read3 intervention strategies are derived from 20 years of neuro-scientific reading research, practically applied and trialled by an experienced speech pathologist in a clinical setting with children with severe reading disorders. These evidence-based strategies were pulled together by a communications specialist, and parent of a dyslexic child, into a simple and accessible format that anyone can follow.
Our program requires no specialist training - we've done the hard work for you! It can be delivered at home by a parent or carer, or at school in a learning support setting by a teacher aide. Specialist educational services and speech pathology clinics can now add the Read3 program to their professional toolkit.

It's as easy as 1-2-3!
Read3 is a module-based program that works to strengthen three core literacy skills. Each session, simply choose and complete one activity from each core area - HEAR + SEE + AUTO. Applying skills learned, using recommended decodable readers, apps and electronic games, will strengthen understanding and enhance progress.
Here is an overview of the elements that make up the Read3 program.
Having a caring and committed adult is vital for reading progress to occur. Regular practise is essential – a minimum of 20 minutes a day, 5 times a week is recommended.
We have divided the reading program into Modules and Steps which enables us to introduce children to concepts slowly and focus on mastery at every stage for early reading success. Quite simply, if your child can’t automatically recall the content of their current module step, they aren’t ready to move on to the next step.
Quick 3-step lessons
Life with kids is very busy, so we’ve made the Read3 lesson structure as simple as possible. Each day you’ll be working on the 3 core skills with your child. Our lesson plans are easy to follow and all materials can be accessed online at the click of a button. There are a range of activities to choose from within each lesson to help keep your child interested and motivated.
Each lesson plan starts with a short video to help you gain a clear understanding of the purpose of the lesson. You’ll be hearing direct from Robyn, experience speech pathologist and Co-creator of Read3.
Keep it fun
School is already stressful for many of these children, so we aim to make lessons anything but! Daily games, not workbooks, are the foundation of our learning system. Within each module we offer a variety of multi-sensory games and activities that build the foundations of reading step-by-step. Flip a card, cut up a rhyme strip, toss a dice and watch your child’s understanding improve.
Convenient, digital format
The Read3 program is pretty comprehensive. So, to keep things simple we've gone digital. Each time you purchase a new module step you'll gain access to an online lesson plan which includes direct links to the lesson video and all games and activities. Simply click and download your activities for the day.
